Use of mfgb2b.com (the website) and all membership services provided by mfg b2b are conditional upon you accepting the following terms and conditions. Unless otherwise specified, your acceptance of these terms and conditions shall be indicated by your membership application and/or use of the website.
mfg b2b is a trading name of mfg solicitors LLP, a limited Liability partnership (registered number OC317146) of Carlton House, Worcester Street, Kidderminster, DY10 1BA.
mfg b2b is a business club for mfg commercial clients providing a loyalty discount on legal fees, business advice, legal resources with on-line access and regular networking and seminar events designed for and by the club members to provide the skills and knowledge sharing business people require.
Membership Services
Membership services include:-
Membership Loyalty Card
All Members are entitled to a 15% loyalty discount on all charges raised for legal services provided to you or your business. Charges are defined as profit costs and specifically exclude disbursements incurred on your behalf. The loyalty discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other fees discount or other fees offer which may from time to time be in place.
The loyalty discount will not apply to any fees payable by a non member i.e. by a third party. The loyalty discount will not apply to any retainer arrangement is in place or to any fixed fee.
Full details of the loyalty discount will be detailed in the initial engagement letter issued by mfg solicitors LLP.
Free Helpline
Helpline, as detailed in the member’s lounge, of mfg b2b website. The Helpline is to ensure that members get immediate diagnostic advice in relation to any commercial legal query. The helpline will operate in normal business hours only, 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). Helpline advice will be limited to 15minutes telephone advice only.
Alongside the helpline will be an internet forum on to which queries and comments may be posted. Please view our Acceptable Use Policy in relation to the use of the forum).

Membership
Membership is for one year from date of acceptance of membership. The final decision in any matter relating to membership rests entirely with mfg Solicitors LLP
mfg b2b currently has only 3 types of Membership Services:
- Director Membership - £200 per annum
This package allows individual directors to join the Club.
An annual Subscription Fee for members which is invoiced and collected annually through a standing order, and on each anniversary of their joining mfg b2b networking
- Corporate Membership - £500 per annum
This package allows companies to join the Club. This package will allow all Corporate Member employees to benefit from the membership package.
An annual Subscription Fee for members which is invoiced and collected annually through a standing order, and on each anniversary of their joining mfg b2b networking
- Affiliate Membership - £100 per annum
Affiliate Membership will be offered to non-business clients primarily as networking opportunities. Individual Affiliate Members will be entitled to access all membership privileges on an individual basis.
Refund Policies and Procedures
You have a right to cancel your subscription, within 7 working days after the date of the contract, or any renewal subscription within 7 days of the renewal date (anniversary), and this will also be confirmed in writing to you by post in your membership letter. The procedure for cancelling your subscription is by sending a notice of cancellation, by e-mail to samantha.hawkley@mfgsolicitors.com which will likewise be confirmed in your membership letter.
Software and Content Available Through mfg b2b networking
All information, materials, graphics, software (if any), and products that are made available to view and/or download in connection with mfg b2b is owned by and is the copyrighted work of mfg solicitors LLP and is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions.
Copyright
